We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale as an Operations Assistant. This role is integral to the administration of our day-to-day operations and the continued success of our business.

We are seeking an adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast paced working environment and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills alongside a sharp eye for detail.

Experience of working in the marine industry or a background knowledge of medical supplies or equipment is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating client orders and communicating effectively with other departments to manage order workflow;

  • Ensuring procedures are carried out in line with company compliance requirements;

  • Being the point of contact for client enquiries, delivering first class service and providing effective communication at all times;

  • Assisting with practical aspects of the order process;

  • Working closely with the operations team to meet and exceed client needs and support business growth

Requirements:

  • Previous marine industry experience would be a significant benefit, although not essential;

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working, with a hunger to learn and develop;

  • Experience in a client facing role, with the ability to communicate effectively with captains, high ranking crew members and yacht owners and managers;

  • Strong IT and administrative skills are essential to success;

  • Driving licence and own transport is essential

The role will give you the opportunity to learn and develop, with potential for progression within the company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing of stock inwards;

  • Assisting with logistics and shipping;

  • Assembling medical kits;

  • Stock management;

  • Stock control and regular stock taking;

  • Picking and scanning stock into client orders;

  • Varied use of the company management system.
